Eight Fang works across sculpture, installation, and painting. Her practice is shaped by experiences of spatial and geographic displacement, informing a peripheral perspective attuned to misalignment and instability. Often working with repurposed urban fragments and architectural components, she constructs configurations marked by tension and displacement. Through material friction, she explores how everyday structures regulate access, circulation, and visibility.  Using suspension mechanisms and fragmented forms, her works generate an unstable rhythm of viewing—where uncertainty becomes ongoing.
